We ship yarn from Switzerland and Germany. Providing these two options allows us to offer competitive shipping rates and remove customs and duty charges for our Swiss as well as EU customers. Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

All EU orders will be shipped directly from Germany. This lowers overall shipping cost and removes expensive customs and duty charges. Destination country specific taxes will be calculated at check-out

Processing Time
Most orders are packed within 1 to 2 business days.
During launches and seasonal peaks, processing may take longer.
If an item is out of stock after purchase, we will contact you with options.
Delivery Times
Switzerland: usually 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.
Europe: usually 3 to 10 business days after dispatch.
International: usually 7 to 20 business days after dispatch.
Delivery windows are estimates and may vary by carrier, customs, and local conditions.
