We ship yarn from Switzerland and Germany. Providing these two options allows us to offer competitive shipping rates and remove customs and duty charges for our Swiss as well as EU customers. Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

All EU orders are shipped directly from Germany. This lowers the overall shipping cost and avoids customs and duty charges. Destination-specific taxes are calculated at checkout.

Orders use DHL's postage-and-duties-paid service. Postage, customs duties and taxes are paid at checkout, so there should be no surprise carrier fees on delivery.

Orders are shipped every Friday from Germany with DHL.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the destination and parcel weight.

Processing Time
Most orders are packed within 1 to 2 business days.
During launches and seasonal peaks, processing may take longer.
