PureLightFiber is operated by YUDI AG, Sinserstrasse 67, 6330 Cham, Switzerland (CHE-329.760.317). By placing an order or using our website you agree to these terms.

2. Products

We sell yarn, knitting supplies, and digital and physical patterns. Product images are for illustration purposes; actual colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings and dye lot differences. Digital patterns are non-refundable once downloaded.

3. Ordering & Pricing

All prices are shown in the store currency and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; we will contact you before fulfilling any order at a corrected price.
An order confirmation email does not constitute a binding contract until we send a shipping confirmation.

4. Payment

Payment is collected at checkout via our secure payment provider. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. We do not store payment card details.

5. Shipping

We ship to the destinations listed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only. Risk of loss passes to you on dispatch. You are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in your country.

6. Returns & Refunds

Unused physical products in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Contact us before returning any item to receive a return authorisation.
Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return.
Digital pattern downloads are non-refundable once accessed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, patterns, and branding — is the property of PureLightFiber / YUDI AG or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent. Digital patterns purchased are licensed for personal use only and may not be resold or shared.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, PureLightFiber is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Zug, Switzerland.
